These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HNM vCard, a digital business card platform available at hnmvcard.com (the "Service"), operated by HNM Studio, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
HNM vCard lets you create, customise, and share digital business cards, including QR codes, NFC-enabled sharing, appointment booking, product showcases, and related features. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or unlimited basis as shown at checkout. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Failure to renew may result in suspension of paid features. Applicable taxes, including VAT in the Sultanate of Oman where relevant, may be added.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful; to impersonate any person or entity; to send spam; or to attempt to breach the security of the platform. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your published content.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of HNM Studio and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where changes are material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HNM Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
