These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of HNM vCard, the digital business card SaaS platform operated by HNM Studio at vcard.hnmstudio.com. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About HNM vCard

HNM vCard is a SaaS platform that enables individuals and businesses to create, customize, share, and manage professional digital business cards. Features include QR code generation, NFC smart card support, real-time analytics, custom branding, and multi-card management.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By using HNM vCard, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@hnmstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans

HNM vCard offers free and paid subscription plans billed monthly, annually, or on an unlimited basis. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase. HNM Studio reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable prior notice to users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HNM vCard to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Impersonate any person or organization
Engage in any unlawful or abusive activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create on HNM vCard. By using the platform, you grant HNM Studio a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform design, code, branding, features, and technology are owned by HNM Studio. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. HNM Studio may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

HNM Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Muscat, Oman.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
