HNM vCard subscriptions and digital business cards are delivered electronically and are available immediately after successful payment. No shipping applies to digital services.
Where physical products such as NFC business cards are ordered, they are prepared and dispatched from Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
Within Oman: orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
GCC countries: delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, subject to courier schedules and customs clearance.
Other countries: international delivery is available on request; timelines and charges are confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Customs duties or import taxes outside Oman, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Where the courier provides tracking, we will share the tracking reference with you. If your order is delayed, damaged in transit, or not received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
