Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all digital subscriptions and physical NFC card orders placed through HNM vCard at vcard.hnmstudio.com.

1. Digital Subscriptions — Instant Delivery

HNM vCard is primarily a digital SaaS platform. Upon successful subscription payment:

Your account is activated immediately
You can start creating and sharing digital cards right away
No physical shipping applies to digital subscriptions
A confirmation email is sent to your registered address within minutes of payment

2. NFC Physical Smart Card Orders

HNM vCard offers optional NFC smart business cards that link directly to your digital profile. For physical card orders:

Production Time

Cards are custom-produced per order. Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation and design approval.

Delivery Timeframes

Oman (Domestic): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
GCC Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain): 5 to 8 business days after dispatch
International: 10 to 20 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping Partners

We ship via reliable courier services including Aramex, DHL, and local postal carriers depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. HNM Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

3. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the quoted price at checkout.

4. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your physical NFC card arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement where applicable.
