HNM vCard ("we", "our", "us") is a digital business card platform operated by HNM Studio, Ghala St., Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using hnmvcard.com (the "Service"), you agree to this Policy.
Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
Card content: the information you choose to publish on your digital cards — such as job title, company, photos, links, services, products, and social profiles. You control this content and you decide to make it publicly accessible.
Payment information: subscription payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage statistics collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service secure and improve performance.
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, process subscription payments, send service-related emails (such as account verification, receipts, and plan-expiry reminders), respond to support requests, improve our platform, and meet our legal obligations under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
