Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all subscription and purchase transactions made through HNM vCard at vcard.hnmstudio.com, operated by HNM Studio.

1. Digital Subscriptions

HNM vCard is a digital SaaS platform. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly, annual, or unlimited). Because access is delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer automatic refunds on processed subscription charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

The request is submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription payment
Platform features have not been substantially used — no vCards created, no NFC activations
A verified technical failure on our end prevented access to the service

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Subscription renewals after the renewal date has passed
Annual or unlimited subscriptions after the 7-day window has expired
Plan downgrade requests mid-billing cycle
Promotional, discounted, or coupon-based subscriptions
Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms and Conditions

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made after cancellation
Your vCard data and account remain accessible until the period ends

5. NFC Physical Card Orders

Orders for physical NFC smart cards are non-refundable once the card has been produced and dispatched. If a card arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

7. Policy Changes

HNM Studio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via platform notice or email.
