This policy governs all subscription and purchase transactions made through HNM vCard at vcard.hnmstudio.com, operated by HNM Studio.
HNM vCard is a digital SaaS platform. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly, annual, or unlimited). Because access is delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer automatic refunds on processed subscription charges.
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
Orders for physical NFC smart cards are non-refundable once the card has been produced and dispatched. If a card arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
